The Alberta T. Davis Foundation (ATDF), formerly The MOTIVA Group, Inc., is a not for profit, educational organization. We are actively seeking 501(c)(3) status from the IRS. The leaders at ATDF are dedicated to our mission of providing expert training resources and materials in support of educators, educational institutions, and educational leaders of underprivileged and underrepresented populations in the US and abroad.
We know that leadership in education has an impact on children, families, communities, cities, states, countries, and our world. Our intent is to impact the world by offering educators and educational institutions the highest quality programs and services in order to meet the growing challenges of providing learning opportunities for young people and a foundation of excellence for learning in our societies.
At ATDF we cover the range of talents, skills, motivational factors, teamwork priorities, and strategic management directives needed to get educators to their desired level of excellence. Our focus is on providing learning opportunities and activities that are research-based, theoretically sound, practical, and fun! We drive the improved performance of educators, students, school leaders, and educational institution performance by fostering creativity, increasing productivity, and enhancing personal and organizational job satisafaction.
