Our Research & Development area is where we merge the theory, apply practical knowledge, and test applicability to learning situations, context, and strategy. R&D is composed of three areas:
1) Grant-writing & Proposal development. We can help your school district raise or generate teh funds needed to support teacher and other staff and leadership development. Our Consultants have years of experience as grant writers and proposal reviewers.
2) As one of the four major practices of the C-LEAD, R&D is our Leadership and Learning Laboratory. It is here that we integrate and turn the Evaluation and Assessment data that our clients provide us into useful information that can benefit learners, schools, and communities around the world.
3) R&D is the linking pin to each of our other practices. It is through R&D that we maintain our viability. We are as dedicated to learning as we are to our instructional activities. This is our strength. Each of our consultants are lifelone learners. We stay ahead of the curve by remaining active in professional societies, Higher education administration, Educational Leadership, and other institutions that impact the learning process. We bring the data and information to life in our programs and courses.
