OUR EDUCATIONAL DIVISIONS
EDUCATION IS THE ANSWER!

For the past two decades, ATDF consultants from several disciplines have conducted research on leadership, learning, organizational development, and instruction. Our mission is to contribute to the advancement of education and training and leadership in our schools. We conduct world-class research on leadership and teaching, apply what we learn to the instructional environment through our courses and in collaboration with education practitioners, business and community leaders, and non-profit organizations, to reform and improve instruction and learning in schools and universities. This mission has been a guiding force for our programs and the services we provide.

We apply our mission across four major areas: Our Educational Divisions. These four areas are:

1) Coordinated School Health Programs

2) Organizational Leadership

3) Youth & Community Development

4) Research & Development in Education, Youth, & Communities

Each of the programs and services that we offer are focused on working with professinal across these disciplines to improve their performance. We believe that if we improve their performance we will ultimately impact the growth, development, and academic achievement of our students.  Our students deserve the best.  We can not expect the best from our learning professionals without providing them the resources they need to excel.  We're taking our commitment to the next level by providing learning professionals with the best in instructional design, motivational strategies, learning activities, and content knowledge.

Coordinated School Health Programs
Getting Started on Health & Wellness!

There is a wealth or research and professional expertise available to school districts and community services agencies through the CDC and other national and state health, education, youth, and community development agencies. The strength of the ATDF - CSHP will be to use the research and programmatic framework esatablished by these agencies to build out the capacity of our training and course offerings to respond to the needs of our schools and communities.

We will support high quality teaching and leadership through technical conferences, support programs, presentations, and leadership development efforts aimed at addressing the needs of teachers of health, physical education, health & wellness promotion, and other health related topics.  These learning activities will be the vehicles ATDF uses to develop partnerships with Learning Communities, National, Regional, State, and local health agencies and associated professionals.  Each partnership and linkage will be aimed at determining and maximizing the human and material resources available to reduce the threat of health and health-related concerns for our students and communities.

Please visit our Coordinated School Health Programs page for more information on the programs and services that we provide in this area.

TMG - Training Global Leaders in Education!

Our focus is on the activities that drive organizational performance by fostering creativity, increasing productivity, and enhancing human performance improvement, and job satisfaction. We help leaders take flight and keep them flying toward their performance goals and objectives.  The exceptional outcome of our Organizational Leadership institutes and workshops, held around the country and world, leads us to believe that we were successful in meeting our participants’ needs and exceeding their expectations.

With our Organizational Leadership Division we focus on four (4) primary areas:

2)  School Leadership & Administration

3)  Sports Leadership

4) Youth and Community Leadership

It is our ongoing mission and vision to provide professional in this area and our participants with high quality learning experiences that will have practical application in their day-to-day functioning as creative, influential, and results-driven leaders. These our programs ans services present opportunities for leaders, scholars, consultants, and practitioners in education and sport to gather and discuss relevant topics in a forum attended by and for education, community, government, and business scholars and leaders.  We would like you to assist us in providing challenging and thought-provoking activities and dialogue on best practices, strategies, and resource development.

Youth & Community Development
Enhancing, Enriching, Encouraging... Learning & Life!

Theh ATDF is committed to the development and outstanding programs and services that assit community, school and civic leaders in the education and advancement of our youth. Joint efforts aimed at youth and community development are needed to prepare young people to meet the challenges of adolescence, adulthood, and civic responsibility. Through structured, progressive, and fun activities and experiences skilled leaders help young people obtain social, emotional, ethical, physical, and cognitive competencies and a greater understanding of the need for civic pride and responsibility.

The Younger Americans Act establishes, for the first time, a national youth policy. It identifies five core needs that all young people ages 10 to 19 have, and that there needs to be a coordinated effort, with adequate resources, to ensure that all communities are able to provide programs that help fulfill these needs. Please visit our Youth & Community Development page for more information on the programs and services that we provide for our most precious resource: today's youth!

Research & Development

R&D is the linking pin to each of our other Educational Divisions. It is through R&D that we maintain our viability.  We are as dedicated to learning as we are to our instructional activities. This is our strength. Each of our consultants are lifelone learners. We stay ahead of the curve by remaining active in professional societies, Higher education administration, Educational Leadership, and other institutions that impact the learning process. We bring the data and information to life in our programs and courses.

Our R&D section is also where teachers and administrators will find resources and links that will assist them in the performance of their duties.  Please visit our Research and Development page often as new information will be added weekly.
